Publish to Gallery

Learn how to share your work on the Gallery.

Share Your Note

Prepare the best moments of your note and share them in the Gallery. Great for feedback, building your portfolio, or simply showing off.

Tap Publish to Gallery in System Menu

Tap Publish to Gallery in the system menu at the top right of the screen. When publishing, all menus will be hidden, and your note will automatically save.

Effects such as Glow are not supported in the Gallery. Preview carefully before publishing.

Verify Publish Information

Check the profile you're publishing from. To publish to the Gallery, you need to sign in to Feather. If you're not signed in, set up your profile from the home screen settings under Profile Options.

Edit Description

Edit your note's title and description. You can add tags to help others discover your note more easily in the Gallery. Toggle Work-in-Progress to mark your note as currently being worked on. Toggle Downloadable to allow others to download your note, excluding any Imported Resources.

Edit Sequence

Toggle Include Sequence and tap Edit to add or remove shots from the sequence. When finished, tap Done at the top left of the screen.

Choose License

Select a Creative Commons license. If you don't select any license, it defaults to All Rights Reserved. Find descriptions of each license at Creative Commons (opens in a new tab).

Preview

Check how your note will appear in the Gallery with the final preview. Tap Back to return to previous steps. Tap Capture Thumbnail to set the thumbnail image for your note. When everything is ready, tap Publish.

Publish Confirmation

Once your note is successfully published, you'll see a confirmation message at the top of the screen. Tap the hyperlink in the message to go directly to your published note.

Capture Thumbnail

A great thumbnail is the face of your artwork. Capture creative and engaging thumbnails to attract viewers.

Select Aspect Ratio

Select the aspect ratio for your thumbnail in the Gallery. You can choose from landscape, square, or portrait. Landscape suits wide objects like stylish sports cars or futuristic spaceships. Portrait suits tall objects like towering skyscrapers or flowers. Square works well for front-facing objects or top views. Choose the aspect ratio that best fits your work.

Toggle Third Grid

For professional framing, activate the 3x3 grid to capture a balanced thumbnail image. Placing your object at one of the grid intersections creates visual balance, emphasizes your subject, and results in a stable composition.

Tap the capture button to set the thumbnail image. The thumbnail will appear alongside other artworks in the Gallery.
